"Giants.com had an interview with Perry fewell posted today. Among several topics, Fewell mentioned that he is still evaluating personnel before he decides what scheme he will use, and doesn't belive that the Giants need an total overhaul of players. He goes on to mention that most NFL defenses dont use a strict pattern of formation. I like this, as I think thats what Spags did... sometimes they looked like a 4-3, a cover 2, a 3-4...etc. It confuses the offense when they don't know whats coming. Anyway, the guy seems well-spoken and intelligent. The one constant I hear about him is that he preaches accountability- and has a short fuse for repetitve mistakes. He sounds like a coach that teaches "ball-hawking" and turnovers... another aggressive style that I like to see. After hearing him talk a bit, I'm looking forward to see what he has to offer. He talks about "playing fast", which is another thing the Giants seemed to lack last year. "
