Week 10
Nov 16 2009, 5:32 PM EST | Post edited: Nov 16 2009, 5:32 PM EST
If we review this weekend in lhr NFC east the Giants gained ground without even playing. I hear and read all types of stories from the coaches on down how the team needs to change things around boy are they clever. Now for the interesting stuff. First of all the Giants have to defeat the Falcons this sunday no excuses accepted. The team has two weeks to get things right. I know their record after a bye week is terrible but that also has to change. This past weekend has given the Giants a new life and they have to start playing like the team they are not the team they have become. The Giants still play dallas and the eagles so more or less the team can get the division lead by winning and not whinning. No after game excuses just play to win and do not play not to lose, there is a differance. Go Giants. Do you find this valuable?

Thanks for putting us on a positive track R. We definitely have to take the opportunity that came our way yesterday (by not playing) and run with it (when we do play the Falcons).

Falcons are also up and down right now - so it can go either way. We have to be ready to come back and hit the ground running (no pun intended, but it would be nice to see a good running game this weekend). :)

Imagine just for a moment what it's like being a BROWN'S fan?.......Enough said? AC; we value our "girly gridironers" on this board immensely! Your handle on what is typically known as a man sport and your perspectives on GIANT issues are commendable. Do you find this valuable?

Few notes for this upcoming game. The Giants defense has 20 sacks so far this season. Osi has 5, Tuck has 3.5 and Kiwi has 3. Justin Tuck, who has been wearing a brace since week #2's cheapshot by Dallas' Flozell Adams, rested shoulder during bye and says he's ready to get after some QB's. On the Atlanta side, RB Michael Turner is out. That will effect Atlanta's running game, however the passing game features WR Roddy White and future HOFer TE Tony Gonzalez. The Giants defense will be tested again in the secondary. Let's hope they study hard this week. Has stated by the earlier post, the Giants benefitted from losses by division foes Dallas and Philadelphia over the last weekend. Despite losing 4 games in a row, the Giants still control their own destiny, lets go Giants! Do you find this valuable?

As usual I agree with Ali, back to the positive. This team is the same team that can focus, run, pass?(yes I am questioning Eli's current play), rush, blitz, etc....Have they forgotton how to do this, no... the path back is long, hard, but never impossible. As den said let's hope they want their destinies to be wins. Do you find this valuable?
