DON MAYNARD'S BIO
Maynard played for the Giants in 1958. He went on to play for the New York Titans from 1960-62, the New York Jets from 1963-72 and the St. Louis Cardinals in 1973.

At the time of his retirement, Maynard was the all-time leading receiver in NFL history. He caught 633 passes for 11,834 yards (18.7) and 88 touchdowns. Maynard’s yardage still ranks fourth all-time and his number of catches is seventh. He had at least 50 catches and 1,000 yards in five different seasons. Maynard caught eight passes for 118 yards, including the winning touchdown, against Oakland in the AFL Championship game to help the Jets advance to Super Bowl III.
