Does anyone know what number Gene Filipski wore? Gene was a halfback on the 56 and 57 team. I remember listening to the 56 championship game against the Bears in my Grandparent's Manhattan apartment--this was in the blackout days--and Filipski returned the opening kickoff about sixty yards. As as kid, when we played ball I used to pretend I was Filipski. I think it was the sound of that name that appealed to me. So I'm just looking to stir up and old memory. Thanks.
